New York, NY – June 13, 2018 – AmTrust title Insurance Company (AmTrust Title) was represented by Vice President Douglas Giles at Bisnow’s “Annual Student Housing Conference” held on June 12th at The Westin Philadelphia. Mr. Giles moderated a prestigious panel of real estate professionals covering multiple topics and entitled: “Major Development Trends: Opportunities and Challenges.” The panelists discussed trends in building, ways of mitigating costs, and amenities offered in the development of new student housing. With the implementation of new software, advances in building technology, and by incorporating flexible space design, developers are finding new and innovative ways to control costs, and deliver new beds on time.
