Jason is President of AmTrust Title Insurance Company, having been placed in charge of title insurance globally on behalf of the Amtrust Financial (NASDAQ: AFSI) family of companies in October 2015. He has been a part of the title insurance industry for the last 15 years, including underwriting, sales and management positions. Most recently he served as head of the national commercial division for the 5th largest title insurance company in the United States. Prior to Westcor, he was President of FNF Title International Holding Company, the international title insurance division of Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF) for 6 years and was on the board of directors for Fidelity National Title de Mexico and FNF Title Insurance Company Ltd (Malta). Jason has lectured on international title insurance, real estate litigation, distressed property issues and title insurance as a risk management tool.

As President and CEO Steven provides the strategic and operational direction that has allowed the firm to grow to a roster of more than 75 employees that many consider to be the best in their respective areas of expertise. FNTA is comprised of seasoned underwriters, account executives, communications and support teams who serve major commercial real estate developers, landlords and institutional investors both domestically and globally.
Felice K. Shapiro was previously the executive director and counsel for a rating agency for title insurance. Prior to that, Ms. Shapiro was vice president and senior NYS counsel at a leading title insurance company from 1992 to 2009, and vice president and counsel for another recognized title insurance company from 1987 to 1992. She was also an assistant vice president and branch counsel at a well-known title insurance company from 1983 to 1987. Ms. Shapiro has lectured extensively for the NYSLTA for CLE and CE credit.
With more than 15 years of experience in operations management, Bernadette Cuevas is in charge of all broad-based operations and systems for direct title operations, overseeing all major operational functions such as personnel, finance and new business development. Prior to joining FNTA, Bernadette was Director of Administration and Human Resources for a national title agent where her responsibilities included oversight of all office operations. Before that, she was Head of Administration/Business Manager for Manhattan- based NY Credit Advisors, LLC.
Brian has served as a leading technologist in the title industry for over 22 years. He is currently the systems architect, developer and technologist for AmTrust Title. Prior to AmTrust, Brian was the Regional Chief Technology Officer for Stewart Title and Senior Vice President of PropertyInfo Corporation. In this role Brian managed the network infrastructure, computing systems and telephony for an 18 State region. During Brian's career at PropertyInfo he authored a number of software products including Stewart's enterprise order system - Orders Gateway, GFExpressQuote, StewartDocs and many more. In parallel he built and managed the National Title Search Division enabling the centralization of title production.
A native and current resident of Richmond, Virginia, Klein is charged with developing the company’s business segment supporting national and multistate agencies. In addition, Klein is overseeing the development of AmTrust’s footprint in the Mid Atlantic Region (South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, DC and Maryland). Prior to joining AmTrust, he worked 7 years for WFG National Title Insurance Company, developing its Southeast Region and then serving as National Agency Manager. Prior to working at WFG, he worked for 22 years for LandAmerica serving in numerous leadership capacities including the formation of national agency and affiliated business divisions. Klein also has owned his own independent title agency and practiced real estate law. Mr. Klein earned his law degree from the University of Richmond and his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
