Jason M. Gordon was Senior Vice President and Counsel for Westcor Land Title Insurance Company overseeing the national commercial division and New York commercial agency. Prior to Westcor, he spent 14 years at Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF) most recently as President of FNF Title International Holding Company, the international title insurance division of FNF, for six years, and also sat on the board of directors for Fidelity National Title de Mexico and FNF Title Insurance Company Ltd (Malta).

Felice K. Shapiro was previously the Executive Director and Counsel for the NYS Title Insurance Rate Service Association ( TIRSA ). Prior to her role at TIRSA, She was Vice President and Senior NYS Counsel at Old Republic National Title Insurance Company from 1992 to 2009; Vice President and Counsel for First American Title from 1987 to 1992 and Assistant Vice President and Branch Counsel at Ticor Title Guarantee from 1983 to 1987. Ms. Shapiro has lectured extensively for the NYSLTA for CLE and CE credit.
With more than 15 years of experience in operations management, Bernadette Cuevas is in charge of all broad-based operations and systems for direct title operations, overseeing all major operational functions such as personnel, finance and new business development. Prior to joining FNTA, Bernadette was Director of Administration and Human Resources for a national title agent where her responsibilities included oversight of all office operations. Before that, she was Head of Administration/Business Manager for Manhattan-based NY Credit Advisors, LLC. Earlier in her career at Oaktree Capital Management, she worked in the company’s Private Equity and Emerging Markets groups.
Previously served as Regional Chief Technology Officer, Group Automation President of Stewart Title, and Sr. Vice President of PropertyInfo, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stewart Title. Mr. Fullerton authored a number of software products, including Stewart’s enterprise order management system, OrdersGateway. He is the architect and developer of Periscopa™, AmTrust Title's enterprise underwriting and title production system.
Kevin has 30 years of experience in the title industry and most recently served as Vice President and Underwriting Counsel for Stewart Title Guaranty Company where he provided aggressive, business oriented underwriting solutions for both commercial and residential projects. Prior to this, Kevin was General Counsel of Alliance Title of America, the first underwriter owned primarily by it’s agents. Kevin was earlier Underwriting Counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company specializing in commercial transactions and served as State Counsel for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
Situated in Houston, Mr. Hammond is charged with growing the business in Texas as well as focusing on establishing agency title operations in New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada. Prior to joining AmTrust, Mr. Hammond was Vice President/Area Operations Manager and Underwriting Counsel for First American’s operations in Texas. During his tenure, he expanded First American’s operations to three offices in the state. Earlier, he was an Associate Attorney with the law firm of Jones Walker. Mr. Hammond earned a J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center, and an undergraduate degree with a major in music, a minor in business, at the University of Texas at Austin.
